I keep forgetting to mention for those who are in need of such but I stopped by Mother Earth Market Wednesday to grab some wheat free tamari sauce and found Glutino Multigrain Crackers a really great wheat free/gluten free cracker that stands up to "real" crackers very well. I don't think I could tell the difference in a blind taste test.
I've eaten the whole box since Thursday. I'm going to be headed back to Mother Earth some time this week to buy a box each of all the flavors they stock. They're about a dollar cheaper at the store than online but still a little pricy for the quantity you get. Still, I haven't had anything but rice crackers for two years now and those just aren't the same. I've got some catching up to do.

It can't hurt to ask the manager of the store you shop at if they could add something. I got the barley flour added at my grocery store that way.
