I hate 99% of all pictures ever taken of me and these are not in the 1% that make me feel like anything but a cow but I did promise to post them when I got them from the photographer.
We don't any of us look what we think we should look like--ever. I think the pics (and you) look wonderful. Adorable, even, with a nice potential of bite. VERY Kitsune.
I went to a workshop last month titled "S/He's So Sexy...And I'm Not." It was basically a presentation on how to stop thinking of our bodies as parts, most of them less than perfect, and quit with the judgement already. No one CARES about our droopy bellies and flabby arms.
Really. I didn't used to believe it either. But I've had so much positive reinforcement on the subject that I could have led that workshop. I enjoyed it very much.
We really are beautiful when we think we are beautiful. So I'm going to remind you at random that you are, until you bloody well believe it.
