The IYFG has issues beyond a finished manga; I think that's evident to anyone willing to look at the guild's structure, the resistance of the current moderation pool to change/ideas, and how the population at large is treated.
I don't know about Dokuga, but the FA has also had some participation woes. The new mods there are working to overhaul the system, and hopefully they can boost that group's profile a little. It's one of the few that honors art as well as fic, which is always nice to see :)
