Lemon refers to a story that revolves around a sex scene or to a sex scene within a more general story. Lemon's are X-rated.
a lime is a story with some sexual content but without explict onstage sex.
Citrus refers to stories with either lemon or lime content.
In this case it was a story in which movie Beetlejuice marries adult Lydia and how they deal with the wedding night.
