Fanfic Recs: Potpourri
- It's a real mix this time but I've been waiting since April to see if I could find something to go with two of these to make a themed post and not coming up with anything. The closest I can come is that these three all deal with transformations of a kind and at various points play with the idea of Home.

- A mostly lighthearted humor fic with a few really touching serious moments and some gorgeous descriptive passages. Radagast the Brown has a featured role and he's a character I don't see enough of. Best of all, we get to see how Gandolf might deal with it if he got turned into a hobbit. Totally gen. Rated K.

- Novel length AU that draws heavily from the new movie and Marvel canon. Charles meets Erik and finally finds someone who is like him and we follow the results over 30+ years. Straight or not, canon or not, the thing that fascinates me about the relationship between Professor X and Magneto has always been the way that they are so connected to one another, even when it's as opposite sides of the same coin. In this story that connection is explored and I would have read it in one sitting if it weren't for petty things like having to sleep and go to work..
