Rocco didn't explain what it was so it took me a minute to get it. When I did I got chills. The song itself is lame but the video is brilliant. They took real footage and edited it together to show what might have happened in New Orleans post Katrina if the government had been willing to focus on the crisis there instead of on Iraq.
